Use this official form to reach the PSI-G team, or email support@psig.world. Add a reply contact if you want us to respond. Never send private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, or payment secrets.
Support flow
The support link is https://psig.world/support. The official support email is support@psig.world. Form requests are stored as private PSI-G support tickets, return a reference ID, and send an email notification to the support inbox.
Support requests may include your World username, reply contact, device details, route, payment reference, and issue text. PSI-G uses this only to investigate support issues and answer you. To request deletion of support data, email support@psig.world with your reference ID.
User submits this form or emails support@psig.world with World username, device, issue, and optional contact.
PSI-G stores form requests in the private support queue and generates a reference ID.
The team receives support email notifications, reviews the queue, and responds using the contact provided by the user.

Opening PSI-G inside World App
Open PSI-G from World App Mini Apps or the official PSI-G link. If the page opens in a normal browser, return to World App and open it there so Wallet Auth and Mini App features are available.
Wallet Auth and World username
PSI-G uses World App Wallet Auth. PSI-G does not create a separate username. Your display name should come from your World profile username when World App provides it.
AI guidance or generated meditation
If AI guidance does not reply, check your network, reopen PSI-G inside World App, and retry. When the AI provider cannot be reached, PSI-G should show a local fallback reply instead of leaving the chat blank.
Notifications and reminders
Enable notifications in World App and your device settings. If reminders do not arrive, confirm notification permission, quiet hours, and battery restrictions, then reopen PSI-G.
VIP payment confirmation or access
Payment confirmation can take a short time. Do not pay twice while a payment is pending. Reopen Profile or VIP after confirmation. If access is still missing, submit the transaction hash, payment reference, or receipt note in the support form.

PSI-G supports meditation and reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial, or crisis advice. Never share private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, or payment secrets.
